The Los Angeles Times reached out to me to create a custom hand-lettered headline, along with illustrations, to accompany the feature article of the Food section – "Q&A: A conversation with comedian Patti Harrison". The illustrations were inspired by Patti's favorite food mentions throughout the interview. These elements provide a fun and colorful feel, which mimics comedian Patti Harrison's humor and stand out in both the print and online version of the cover story.
